Structure and Governance:

- PIPDO has a Board of dictator comprises five members. The five-member Board of Directors, representing communities, academia, private sector, government, and civil society, sits atop PIPDO’s governance structure. This yearly-meeting body provides strategic guidance, selects and approves key personnel, audits finances, and oversees annual plans and budgets. Below the Board sit down PIPDO have Management Committee led by the Executive Director and including program, finance, and HR and administration heads. This committee provides operational leadership and implements the Board’s strategic direction. A dedicated team of 12 staff members, headquartered in Awash Town, fuels PIPDO’s operations. Their diverse educational backgrounds, spanning sociology to public health, contribute valuable expertise to the organization’s multidisciplinary endeavors.
